A lot of people complain about the cold weather and the tension it produces in your neck and shoulders when bracing against the wind.  First of all, you lose most of your body heat through your head so don’t forget a hat.  Second, I have discovered that if I wear one scarf inside my coat next to my neck and one outside to hold the coat collar in, that I can actually relax my shoulders.  Try it and let me know.
